Install troubleshooter

"App not installed" Remove older build first, then install again with enough free storage.
"Parse error" on APK Redownload the APK and compare SHA256 before retrying the install.
Blocked install from browser/files Enable "Install unknown apps" for your browser or file manager, then retry.
Install button does nothing Restart device, open APK from Downloads, and make sure Android is up to date.

Publisher note

For production, publish each new APK to GitHub Releases (tag apk-latest) or set APK_PUBLIC_URL in repo variables. Local fallback still works with website/downloads/simplify-scanner-latest.apk.
