Free and Pro features can differ over time. Free tier may include ads. Paid plans, renewals, and refunds are managed by the platform store under that store's billing terms.

4. Service availability

Features, limits, and integrations may change without prior notice. Cloud-connected features can depend on third-party services and may be unavailable in some regions or conditions.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Simplify Scanner and its publisher are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
